Joker 2012

Joker is a 2012 Indian psychological thriller film directed by Shirish Kunder and produced by Farah Khan. The story follows the protagonist, Sidharth (Akshay Kumar), a disillusioned everyman who is mocked and humiliated by society. After experiencing a series of failures in his life, Sidharth begins to develop a dark alter-ego; the Joker. With his new persona, Sidharth embarks on a mission of revenge against those who have wronged him, leading him to form a gang of criminals and wreak havoc on the city. As he spirals further into darkness, Sidharth must choose between his newfound power and his old self. The movie follows Sidharth's journey as he struggles with his identity crisis. He is constantly torn between his two selves - the Joker and the normal Sidharth. As he takes revenge on those who have wronged him, Sidharth discovers that there is a thin line between justice and vengeance. In the end, he must decide what kind of person he wants to be, and how far he is willing to go in pursuit of his goals.
