Jhutha Sach 1984

Jhutha Sach is a 1984 Indian drama film directed by Ravi Chopra. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Rakhee Gulzar, Shashi Kapoor and Raj Babbar. The story follows the life of two brothers, Gopal and Radhe, who are from a poor family. Gopal is married to Laxmi, while Radhe is in love with Kiran. When their father passes away, Gopal has to take on the responsibility of providing for the family. He takes out a loan and starts a business. While he succeeds in his business, Radhe fails as an actor and gambles away all the money. Gopal then has to shoulder the burden of paying off the debt. In the process, he is accused of a crime that Radhe committed and is sent to jail. This causes great distress to Laxmi and she decides to take matters into her own hands. After much struggle and with the help of a lawyer, Gopal is released and reunited with his family.
