Jai Gangaajal 2016

Jai Gangaajal is an Indian action drama movie directed by Prakash Jha. It stars Priyanka Chopra as Abha Mathur, an IPS (Indian Police Service) officer who takes on the corrupt system of a small town in Bihar. The story revolves around her struggle against the ruthless and corrupt police officer, Bhola Nath Singh, played by Manav Kaul. Abha Mathur is transferred to the fictional town of Bankipur in Bihar and battling the system of corruption that has taken over the area, she not only faces constant opposition from Bhola Nath Singh but also from the local politician, Sadhu Yadav. In her pursuit of justice, she makes many enemies, including corrupt politicians, police officers and criminals. With the help of her deputy, Prakash Jadhav, she manages to bring a semblance of order back to the town. Despite facing numerous obstacles, she is able to bring about justice in the end. In the process, she also learns a lot about herself.
