Story

Hera Pheri is a 2000 Indian comedy film directed by Priyadarshan and produced by A.G. Nadiadwala. The movie stars Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Sunil Shetty, Tabu, and Om Puri in lead roles. Baburao Ganpatrao Apte (Paresh Rawal) is a poor man living in a slum with his wife (Kulbhushan Kharbanda) and two roommates, Shyam (Sunil Shetty) and Raju (Akshay Kumar). Together they hatch a plan to extort ransom money from the wealthy businessman Anuradha (Tabu). They disguise themselves as kidnappers and demand 5 million rupees for her safe return, but things soon take a turn for the worse when real kidnappers show up and take Anuradha. It's up to Baburao, Shyam, and Raju to save her before it's too late. In the end, they manage to rescue Anuradha and get the reward money for their efforts. They use the money to fulfill their dreams and live happily ever after.
