Gangvaa 1984

Gangvaa is a 1984 Indian drama film directed by Raj N. Sippy. It stars Sunny Deol and Amrita Singh in the lead roles. The story revolves around a young man named Gangvaa who lives in a small rural village with his parents. He falls in love with a beautiful girl from a neighboring village. However, his village is embroiled in a bitter dispute with that village, leading to a rivalry between their families. Despite the animosity, Gangvaa and the girl's family are able to come to an agreement for their marriage. On the day of the wedding, one of Gangvaa's enemies disrupts the ceremony and tries to kill him. Gangvaa is saved by his father and the two of them flee the village and set off on an adventurous journey together. During their travels, they face many dangers and obstacles but eventually reunite with the girl's family and get married. In the end, Gangvaa and his bride embrace happily as peace prevails between the two villages.
