Ek Rishtaa: The Bond of Love 2001

Ek Rishtaa: The Bond of Love follows the story of Rajesh (Amitabh Bachchan) and Pooja (Karisma Kapoor), a happily married couple. Rajesh is a successful businessman, while Pooja is his loving wife and homemaker. One day, Rajesh's business partner, Vikram (Raakhee Gulzar), reveals that her own son, Vicky (Akshay Kumar), is actually Rajesh's illegitimate child from an affair he had many years ago. Rajesh and Pooja are both shocked by this news and must come to terms with the fact that their lives will never be the same. As they grapple with the truth, they must decide if Vicky should be welcomed into their family or shunned by them for his existence. Ultimately, after much soul-searching, the family decides to accept Vicky as one of their own and the three of them work toward establishing a new bond of love. In the end, the family learns that love conquers all and that no matter the circumstances, true love will always unite and strengthen a family.
