Duniya is a 1984 drama film directed by Ramesh Talwar and starring Dilip Kumar, Sanjeev Kumar, Rati Agnihotri, Amrish Puri and Saeed Jaffrey. The story follows the life of two brothers, Shankar (Dilip Kumar) and Jagdish (Sanjeev Kumar), who are raised in poverty in the streets of Bombay. While Shankar works as a bus conductor, Jagdish gets involved with a criminal gang. In a desperate attempt to save his brother, Shankar sacrifices his job and goes to jail for a crime he did not commit. After his release from prison, Shankar takes up a new job as a taxi driver and meets his love interest, Radha (Rati Agnihotri). With the help of a lawyer friend, Shankar manages to get Jagdish released from prison. However, Jagdish gets involved in another criminal activity and falls in love with a beautiful girl, Geeta (Amrish Puri), who has been taken prisoner by her own family.
