Story

Do Chor is a 1972 Indian crime-drama film directed by Brij and written by Sachin Bhowmick. It stars Dharmendra, Hema Malini, Aruna Irani, Prem Nath, and Pran. The story revolves around two brothers, Ravi (Dharmendra) and Raju (Prem Nath). Ravi is a professional thief who has been arrested for stealing a valuable necklace and sent to jail. He is released after four years, and Raju, who has been taking care of their mother in his absence, helps him start a new life. However, this puts them in conflict with the local underworld don, Kalicharan (Pran), who has been expecting Ravi to join him. When Ravi refuses to do so, Kalicharan frames him for a murder and sends him back to prison. With the help of a kindhearted lawyer, Ravi is finally acquitted of the charges. In the end, Ravi and Raju are able to escape Kalicharan’s clutches and live happily ever after.
