Dil Bole Hadippa! tells the story of two spirited characters, Veera and Rohan. Veera is a free-spirited Punjabi girl from a small village in India who dreams of playing cricket like her idol, Sachin Tendulkar. Rohan is a carefree player on the local cricket team in London. Through a series of events, Veera disguises herself as a man so she can join Rohan's team and fulfill her dream of playing cricket. After many successes on the field, the truth about Veera's identity comes out. Despite this, Veera becomes the star player of the team and helps them win the championship. In the end, Veera and Rohan fall in love and get married.
