Dil Bechara tells the story of Kizie Basu and Immanuel Rajkumar Junior (Manny). Kizie is a young girl who suffers from cancer and struggles to keep up with her studies. Manny, on the other hand, is an outgoing college student who has ambitions of becoming an actor. After meeting each other in a hospital, they become close friends and help each other cope with their respective struggles. Eventually, Kizie and Manny fall in love and embark on an unforgettable journey of hope, joy, pain, and sorrow.
