The movie follows the story of four friends, Karan, Chandu, Raju, and Manav, who live in a small village near Agra. They are taken for granted by the local villagers, who call them ‘dholis’ (play drums). One day, their lives take an unexpected turn when they get hired to perform at a wedding in Mumbai. From there, they embark on a journey full of obstacles, from being mistaken for terrorists to getting stuck in the middle of a gang war. In the end, the four friends manage to prove themselves as heroes and win the respect of everyone.
