Dhobi Doctor 1954

Dhobi Doctor tells the story of a young man named Shankar, who is a dhobi (washerman) by trade. He is also an aspiring doctor and is determined to pursue his dream of becoming one. After a lot of hard work and determination, he eventually succeeds in getting admission into a medical college. However, due to his humble background, he is constantly bullied and belittled by his peers. With the help of some of the faculty members and his own grit and determination, he eventually completes his medical degree and sets off to start a clinic in his village. Despite facing numerous obstacles, he manages to establish the clinic and use his knowledge to help the villagers. In the end, Shankar's hard work pays off and he is able to realize his dream of becoming a doctor.
