Dhake Ki Malmal is a 1956 Indian romantic drama film. It stars Bharat Bhushan, Nimmi, Pran and Madan Puri in lead roles. The plot revolves around a poor young man, Brijbhan, who falls in love with a wealthy girl, Shanti. He goes to her father for permission to marry her, but is refused. Despite this, Brijbhan continues to pursue his dream of marrying Shanti and eventually succeeds. Meanwhile, Shanti's father has arranged for her to marry someone else, which leads to a conflict between the two families. In the end, they are reconciled, and Brijbhan and Shanti are finally able to get married. Dhake Ki Malmal is a story about the power of love and how it can overcome all obstacles. It is an inspiring tale of how a poor man is able to win the heart of a wealthy girl, despite all the odds and difficulties that come along with it.
