Dear Zindagi 2016

Dear Zindagi is a drama film about Kaira, a young woman in her twenties who is trying to find her purpose and direction in life. She meets Dr Jehangir Khan, a psychologist, who helps her through her journey of self-discovery. Kaira's journey takes her from facing problems with her family, career, and relationships to understanding and addressing her innermost fears and anxieties. Along the way, she learns how to enjoy life's moments and starts to see the world in a different light. In the end, Kaira realizes that life is unpredictable but it's all part of a journey and that we don't have to be perfect in order to be happy. With Dr Khan's help, Kaira is able to come to terms with the past and embrace the present. The movie emphasizes the importance of living life to its fullest and not getting bogged down by fear, anxiety, and depression. At the end of the movie, Kaira has gained the courage to take risks and live life without regrets.
