Daas Dev 2018

Daas Dev is a 2018 Indian drama film directed by Sudhir Mishra. It stars Rahul Bhat as Dev Pratap Chauhan, an alcoholic playboy whose life takes a turn when he falls in love with Paro (Richa Chadda), a village girl who has been promised to marry his cousin, Chandrabhan (Aditi Rao Hydari). Dev and Paro start a passionate affair and soon get married. However, Chandrabhan's powerful family will not accept the union. They hire a criminal, Raunak Singh ( Saurabh Shukla) , to kidnap Paro and take her to their home. Dev is still determined to get her back and embarks on a journey of self-discovery, learning the importance of values such as trust and loyalty, even in the face of adversity. In the end, Dev manages to save Paro and also makes peace with Chandrabhan. Daas Dev is a story of redemption and transformation. It follows Dev, a wealthy playboy, who falls in love with Paro and discovers the power of true love and loyalty.
