Brothers 2015

Brothers is a 2015 Indian drama film directed by Karan Malhotra, produced by Karan Johar and starring Akshay Kumar, Sidharth Malhotra, Jacqueline Fernandez and Jackie Shroff. The story follows two estranged brothers—David (Akshay Kumar) and Monty (Sidharth Malhotra)—who reunite after their father's death. David is an army officer who was presumed dead in a helicopter crash, but reappears after nine years. Monty is a criminal on the run who had been estranged from his family since childhood. As they try to rebuild their relationship, their dynamic is complicated when David learns that Monty has a girlfriend, Sarah (Jacqueline Fernandez). Through their interactions, the two brothers learn about each other and eventually find peace and closure with each other. In the end, the brothers bond, and Monty is able to turn his life around and make amends for his past.
