Story

Bewafa is a 1952 Indian film directed by M. Sadiq. It tells the story of a woman, Maya, who falls in love with a man named Raja. However, after they marry, Maya discovers that Raja has already been married to another woman, Sarju, and she is now pregnant. Despite this, Maya stands by her husband and his unborn child, showing remarkable courage and loyalty. But soon Raja's past catches up with him and he is arrested. Maya then sets out on a mission to clear his name, facing many obstacles along the way. In the end, she succeeds and Raja is released. The movie portrays the theme of unconditional love and loyalty, emphasizing that true love will always triumph over adversity.
