Be-Reham 1980

Be-Reham is a 1980 Hindi movie directed by Ravi Tandon. It tells the story of a young girl named Seema (Ranjeeta Kaur) who is sent away to live with her grandmother in a small village in India. There, she experiences a culture shock as she discovers the traditional ways of the villagers. Eventually, she falls in love with a young man named Raju (Sanjeev Kumar). However, their relationship is opposed by both their families due to the difference in their backgrounds. With the help of her grandmother, Seema and Raju manage to overcome all obstacles and they finally get married. The movie shows how a modern city girl adjusts to rural life and finds true love against all odds. Be-Reham is an enjoyable tale of love, culture and family values.
