Bandhan Kuchchey Dhaagon Ka 1983

Bandhan Kuchchey Dhaagon Ka tells the story of an orphaned girl, Geeta, who is adopted by a loving family. As she grows up, she falls in love with her adoptive brother, Gopal, and they get married. However, their happiness is short-lived as Gopal is killed in an accident. Distraught with grief, Geeta decides to stay with her in-laws and help them with their farming business. One day, a stranger enters their lives and introduces himself as an old friend of Gopal's. He reveals that Gopal was betrothed to his daughter, Kavita, before he married Geeta and that the marriage contract is still intact. Geeta then discovers that Kavita had been in love with Gopal for many years and is devastated.
