Bagula Bhagat 1979

Bagula Bhagat is a classic Bollywood comedy film released in 1979. It stars Amol Palekar as Bagula, a young man who struggles to break away from his traditional roots and live life on his own terms. His family, however, is determined to keep him firmly rooted in their culture and traditions. Despite their best efforts, Bagula remains firm and eventually moves to the city with his friend Ganpat, where he gets a job at a local garage. While there, he meets a beautiful girl named Champa, and despite being warned against falling in love with her, he does so anyway. The two eventually get married and Bagula is able to finally achieve his dream of being independent and living life on his own terms.
