Baazaar is a 2018 Indian crime drama film directed by Gauravv K. Chawla and produced by Nikkhil Advani, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani and Viacom18 Motion Pictures. The story follows Rizwan Ahmed (Rohan Mehra), a stock trader from Lucknow who moves to Mumbai to attempt to make it big in the financial world. Along the way, he meets Shakun Kothari (Saif Ali Khan), an influential stock broker, who mentors him and takes him under his wing. As Rizwan's ambitions grow, he finds himself caught between the conflicting interests of Shakun and a police officer investigating a Ponzi scheme. In the end, Rizwan must use his cunning and guile to survive in the cutthroat world of high finance and emerge as a winner. The film showcases the ruthless power of money, and how ambition and greed can lead one astray. Ultimately, it is a story of survival in the face of adversity.
