Azaad is a 1978 Bollywood action drama film starring Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini. The story follows the struggles of a young man named Azaad, who has been wrongly accused of a crime he did not commit. He is forced to flee the city and hide in a small village, where he finds work as a servant in the home of a wealthy businessman. He soon meets a woman named Zarina, who falls in love with him, but she is already engaged to another man. Azaad attempts to win her heart by helping her rescue her brothers from a rival group, and the two eventually marry. Despite their love, the couple must fight against the injustice and corruption of the ruling class and ultimately triumph over their enemies.
