Awaaz, a 2004 film by Mahesh Manjrekar, tells the story of a young man named Vinayak (Vinay Apte) who has just graduated from college and is determined to escape the poverty-stricken life of his family in rural India. He moves to Mumbai with his close friend Nandu (Nana Patekar) and starts working in a radio station. His ambition is to be a successful radio presenter. At first, he struggles to make ends meet, but gradually his hard work pays off and he begins to find success. He is able to bring joy to his listeners through his show and slowly builds a loyal fan base. Eventually, Vinayak becomes a celebrity and changes his name to the more glamorous 'Mister A'. Amidst all this success, Vinayak encounters many struggles and challenges, which test not only his ambition but also his loyalty and friendship with Nandu. In the end, the movie is a heart-warming tale of friendship, ambition, and overcoming hardships. Vinayak eventually learns that money is not everything and that true happin...
