Akira 2016

Akira is an action-packed Hindi film about a young woman who uses her martial arts skills to protect herself and those around her. Akira Sharma, a college student from Jodhpur, is sent to Mumbai by her parents to stay with her uncle. Upon arriving, she quickly finds out that the city is dangerous and corrupt. After being harassed on her first day, Akira learns karate and defends herself against the criminals. This leads her to be arrested for assault, but she is released when the police realize she was defending herself. As she continues to battle corruption and injustice in her new city, she discovers a dark secret of a past attack on her family. She must now use all her strength and courage to uncover the truth and take down the people responsible. With the help of her newfound friends, Akira embarks on a journey of justice and empowerment. Along the way, she discovers her inner strength and how to use it to make a difference.
